鹏园康复医院面向2027届应届毕业生，招聘千名注册护士，提供高效护理服务，致力于提升临床效果和患者满意度。
主要职责
- 提供高效的护理服务，确保临床效果和患者/家属满意度。
- 遵循护理标准和流程，严防差错事故。
- 服从医院统一调配，胜任各护理单元工作。
- 按要求完成继续教育培训。
任职要求
- 具备完成岗位职责的能力。
- 2027届应届毕业生，取得注册护士资格。
- 掌握护理基础理论、护理操作技术及常用急救技术，能够处理本专科常见护理问题。
- 从事特殊护理（夜班、ICU、急诊、血液净化、手术室、产科等）需具备相应准入资格。
