土建监理员实习生（12个月）

职位概况
在监理工程师指导下，参与土建工程的质量、进度和安全监督管理，适合应届毕业生的实习岗位。
主要职责
- 日常巡查施工现场，及时报告质量和安全问题。
- 收集、整理并归档工程项目资料。
- 协助材料、构配件和设备的检验验收，见证取样送检。
- 跟踪工程进度，记录实际进度并对比计划，汇报偏差。
- 组织工程会议，做好会议记录并跟进决议执行。
- 完成领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 土木工程、工民建等相关专业，大专及以上学历，2026年应届毕业生。
- 了解工程法规、规范和监理流程，对监理工作有兴趣。
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力，工作负责，执行力强。
- 熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件。
- 学习适应能力强，能适应现场工作环境。
- 有工地实习经验者优先。
