职位概况
负责银行业务的电话客服工作，提供专业、耐心的客户服务，提升客户满意度。
主要职责
- 完成每日银行拨打数据并提升数据使用质量。
- 接听银行客户来电，耐心解答问题，提供良好客服体验。
- 受理并处理客户业务查询，满足客户需求。
- 引导客户办理分期通专项业务。
任职要求
- 中专及以上学历（有经验者可放宽至高中），年龄20-45岁。
- 普通话标准，声线柔美，具备良好的客户服务意识。
- 能够接受挑战，具备一定的抗压能力。
必备技能
我们提供
- 底薪3000元+高额提成，平均月薪3500-5000元，上不封顶。
- 正式劳动合同、五险、带薪年假、国家法定节假日。

- 工作时间8:30-17:30，做四休一，带薪休假。
