About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for our clients in the automotive, IT, internet, electronic, telecom and automation sectors. You will act as the main point of contact, understanding client needs and delivering qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment activities within assigned scope to achieve hiring targets.
• Communicate with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source and select suitable candidates using various effective recruiting channels.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including daily operations and candidate follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in the HR information system in a timely manner.
• Independently lead recruitment projects when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of solid recruitment experience in automotive, IT, internet, electronic, telecom or automation industries.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Passionate, reliable, result‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
