职位概况
负责写字楼物业暖通系统的日常运行、维修与维护，提供技术方案支持，确保系统安全、节能运行。
主要职责
- 运行、维修、维护暖通系统并提供电气改造技术方案。
- 编制预防性维护计划、点检表及重点设备保养指引。
- 制定并完善应急预案，对技术人员和供应商进行培训。
- 管理暖通专业分包商，监督维保实施并进行绩效考核。
- 带领项目运维团队，落实运维成本管控。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，5年以上暖通相关工作经验。
- 熟悉冷水机组、热泵、冷却塔、风机盘管、组合式空调箱等核心设备。
- 了解集中空调、通风排烟、数据中心精密空调系统的运行逻辑。
- 具备系统监控、故障诊断、能耗分析、节能改造及应急预案编制能力。
