职位概况

我们正在寻找具备产品设计与家居设计教学经验的老师，负责 CSVPA 中国艺术项目课程模块的授课工作，培养学生的设计调研、手绘和造型表达能力。

主要职责

依据 CSVPA 中国艺术项目课程模块，负责产品设计、家居设计方向教学。
培养学生的设计调研、产品手绘及造型表达能力。
指导学生熟练使用 Rhino 建模、Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop、InDesign 等软件，完成设计创作与作品集排版。
独立制定课程计划、课程方案及教学安排，确保教学质量。
全程指导学生完成设计项目，包括主题构思、方案开发、材料实验、实物制作与最终呈现。
积极参与艺术部门建设，组织艺术活动并配合校内各部门协作。
每周承担一次晚间自习辅导，帮助学生巩固学习内容。

任职要求

必备技能

熟练使用 Rhino 进行三维建模。
熟练掌握 Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop、InDesign 等设计软件。
