职位概况
负责企业新工厂及车间的精益规划与布局设计，主导项目落地实施，提供物流、数字化等全方位优化方案。
主要职责
- 主导或参与企业战略规划及精益方针设计。
- 调研新工厂/车间改造需求，制定并执行精益咨询规划。
- 运用价值流分析诊断现场数据，挖掘业务改进机会。
- 使用SLP与SHA方法完成整体功能布局及物流规划设计。
任职要求
- 统招大专及以上学历，5年以上制造业IE或精益生产经验。
- 有工厂/车间整体规划、布局及AGV项目经历。
- 熟练使用绘图及常用办公软件，能够独立完成产线精益设计。
- 具备良好沟通、项目推进及团队协作能力，接受高频出差。
必备技能
- SLP（系统化布局规划）
- SHA（系统化搬运分析）
- 价值流分析工具
- 绘图软件
- 办公软件
- AGV系统了解
