职位概况
我们在上海招聘2027届毕业生，担任管理咨询顾问，参与公司战略项目，为客户提供专业咨询服务。
主要职责
- 根据项目需求开展战略咨询工作；
- 与客户沟通，了解需求并参与前后期谈判；
- 在项目经理指导下编制并实施咨询方案；
- 汇报项目阶段成果，协助客户落地方案；
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 热爱管理咨询，具备良好沟通、协调和文字表达能力；
- 积极主动，具备团队合作精神和人际交往能力；
- 能够适应出差，承受一定工作强度和压力。
必备技能
- 快速学习能力；
- 良好的文字表达与报告撰写能力。
