职位概况
负责公司模具的日常维修、保养及异常处理，确保生产线模具运行可靠，满足质量与安全要求。
主要职责
- 遵守EHS规章制度，保障自身及同事安全。
- 在适当条件下维护乐高模具，保证产品可靠性。
- 参与车间团队的问题解决，提升模具和零件质量。
- 使用机床进行模具维修或保养，发现异常及时上报。
- 根据生产需求和优先级独立完成日常维修及预防性维护。
- 与同事进行交接班沟通，分享经验与知识。
- 遵循质量管理体系，完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 3年以上模具维修经验，有注塑模具维修经验者优先。
- 中专或以上学历，具外资企业工作经验者佳。
- 沟通逻辑清晰，学习意愿强，具团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟练使用机床进行模具维修或保养。
- 模具异常检测与报告。
