职位概况
户外营地辅导员负责协助营地导师开展教学活动，保障营员生活健康与安全，提供接送等服务。
主要职责
- 配合主管、导师完成营会期间的教学活动和生活健康纪律服务。
- 陪伴、引导、支持营员在营地的生活和各类活动。
- 负责营会品质与安全的守护。
- 执行接送、带车等具体工作。
任职要求
- 具备相关行业从业资质认证或从业经验者优先。
- 教育、体育、户外类专业背景优先。
- 品行端正、无不良嗜好、身体健康、无犯罪记录。
