职位概况
负责协助营地导师开展教学活动，保障营员生活健康与安全，提供接送及车辆服务。
主要职责
- 配合主管和导师完成营会期间的教学活动和生活健康纪律服务。
- 陪伴、引导并支持营员在营地的日常生活和各类活动。
- 负责营地品质与安全的监督，确保营员安全。
- 执行接送、带车等具体工作。
任职要求
- 具备相关行业从业资质认证或从业经验者优先。
- 教育、体育、户外类专业背景优先。
- 品行端正，身体健康，无不良嗜好及犯罪记录。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通与组织能力。
- 具备基本的安全管理与急救常识。
