职位概况
负责广州四季酒店大堂餐吧的日常运营与管理，确保餐厅有序运转并提供卓越的用餐体验。
主要职责
- 协助统筹各时段服务，保障餐厅运营顺畅。
- 全流程管理用餐时段，把控餐品、服务及现场秩序。
- 团队排班与培训，督导员工落实服务标准。
- 严格管控出品质量、环境卫生，处理宾客咨询与投诉。
- 管理餐具、食材及耗材，配合成本控制。
- 执行酒店规章制度，配合上级完成其他餐饮相关工作。
任职要求
- 至少1年国际品牌酒店同岗位工作经验。
- 能吃苦耐劳，为人正直，有责任心。
- 具备出色的领导力、抗压能力与品牌意识。
- 流利的英文沟通能力。
- 拥有ADD餐厅工作经验者优先。
