职位概况

四季酒店广州位于广州国际金融中心主塔楼顶部30层，提供奢华客房与高端餐饮服务。现招聘房务部实习生，参与客房服务与运营管理，获取行业实战经验。

主要职责

与同事和上级合作，确定绩效差距和学习需求。
依据酒店服务流程和核心标准，为客人提供完整且满意的体验。
清洁并整理分配的工作区域。
准时参加指定培训课程，学习并遵守员工手册规范。

任职要求

可全职实习六个月及以上。
热爱服务业，性格开朗热情，具备良好沟通与团队协作能力。
具备良好的英语沟通水平。
