职位概况
在广州四季酒店担任客房服务员，负责保持客房整洁、设施完好，为宾客提供高品质的入住体验。
主要职责
- 按照标准完成客房清洁、床品更换、物品补给及垃圾清理。
- 检查客房设施设备完好，及时上报故障与安全隐患。
- 管理布草与客用易耗品，做好收发清点。
- 遵守酒店流程，尊重客人隐私，妥善保管工作用品。
- 礼貌响应客人合理需求，配合相关部门协作。
- 完成上级安排的其他临时工作。
任职要求
- 至少1年国际品牌酒店工作经验。
- 能吃苦耐劳，为人正直，有责任心。
- 良好的沟通能力，具备团队精神。
必备技能
- 熟悉客房清洁流程及标准。
- 能够使用酒店管理系统进行客房状态更新。
