职位概况
负责酒店住客的行李搬运及大堂服务，确保客人入住体验顺畅。
主要职责
- 为酒店住客提供行李搬运服务
- 维护大堂卫生和现场秩序
- 保障大堂物品安全
- 协助客人叫车、刷电梯、指引路线
- 处理客人换房、代客入房及行李寄存取件
- 提供外卖、快递配送服务
- 在前台高峰期协助接待工作并可替补前台基本业务
