职位概况

杭州富阳喜来登酒店招聘前台接待员，负责宾客入住登记、信息咨询及客房推销等工作，提供五险一金、带薪年假等福利。

主要职责

查阅交班记录，处理上一班交接事项。
熟悉预订信息，记住贵宾及常客姓名，了解酒店活动。
向来店宾客推介客房，提升经济效益。
办理入住登记，管理客房钥匙并执行验证制度。
提供准确问讯服务，制作报表供其他部门使用。

任职要求

高中以上学历，具备流利的英语口语能力。
性格开朗、头脑灵活，工作踏实，具备强烈的服务和推销意识。
熟悉酒店客房政策、设施设备及前台工作规范。
