职位概况
3M质量部招聘操作工，负责原材料、半成品及成品的质量检测，确保生产顺利进行。工作地点在上海，需与车间保持有效沟通。
主要职责
- 依据原材料标准完成进货检验。
- 按照测试方法和标准执行半成品和成品的质量检测。
- 及时与车间沟通，监控生产进程。
- 管理实验室耗材，维护实验室5S，保持整洁有序。
- 完成主管交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 中专或高中以上学历，化学分析/物理检测专业优先。
- 两年以上相关工作经验。
- 良好的沟通技巧，熟悉基本办公软件。
- 具备一定的英文读写能力。
