职位概况
博世人工智能研究中心招聘自动驾驶端到端研究员，负责设计下一代自动驾驶学习架构，推动从环境感知到行为生成的统一建模，实现人类水平的驾驶能力。
主要职责
- 设计并实现基于大规模数据的端到端自动驾驶模型。
- 开展数据生成、模型训练与系统验证的技术创新，构建仿真到真实道路的闭环学习体系。
- 提升系统在复杂交通环境下的鲁棒性与泛化能力，推动技术规模化落地。
任职要求
- 计算机、人工智能、自动化或机器人等相关专业博士学位。
- 熟练使用Python和PyTorch，具备扎实的算法基础和工程实现能力。
- 深入了解模仿学习或强化学习，熟悉Diffusion或自回归生成模型，有端到端自动驾驶研发经验。
- 流利的英语听说读写能力，拥有海外经历者优先。
- 在CVPR、NeurIPS、ICLR、ICML等顶级会议发表过相关论文者优先。
