职位概况

负责华东地区变频器产品的销售工作，制定并执行销售策略，推动业绩增长，维护并拓展客户关系。

主要职责

在华东区域开展变频器销售活动，完成销售目标。
制定并落实区域销售策略，提升市场份额。
维护现有客户，开发新客户，扩大客户基数。
建立并管理合作伙伴网络，推动生态体系建设。
与内部团队及合作伙伴协同，开拓重点行业新客户。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
3-5 年工业自动化领域销售经验，熟悉OEM客户。
了解变频器及驱动业务模式。
积极主动，沟通能力佳，具备抗压能力。
