职位概况

负责在自动驾驶系统中设计和实现基于搜索、博弈等技术的变道决策规划算法，提升车辆在复杂环境下的安全与效率。

主要职责

在无图、sd图条件下研发变道算法，实现最佳间隙查找。
与跨职能团队协作，将算法集成至自动驾驶系统架构。
分析并解决L2++自主性中的噪声、预测不稳定等挑战，确保决策鲁棒。
基于最新论文持续优化算法，提高系统效率和可靠性。
参与项目规划、里程碑设定及进度跟踪，保障功能按时量产。

任职要求

计算机科学、电子工程、数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
熟悉自动驾驶变道决策，精通POMDP、MCTS、强化学习等算法。
具备C++多线程和嵌入式系统开发经验。
能够阅读并复现学术论文，具备系统级KPI分析能力。
