职位概况

负责深度学习模型的量化与压缩，提升模型在嵌入式芯片上的推理性能，支持自动驾驶等场景的实时感知。

主要职责

研发并实现后训练量化、量化感知训练及剪枝等模型压缩技术。
在嵌入式平台上部署、调优模型，确保硬件资源高效利用。
进行性能分析，定位瓶颈并提出加速方案。
使用TensorRT、TVM、PyTorch FX等工具进行模型优化。

任职要求

计算机科学或电气工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
至少5年深度学习研发经验，熟悉模型量化与压缩。
具备自动驾驶或ADAS系统研发背景者优先。

必备技能

熟练使用Python、C++。
精通PyTorch、TensorFlow。
掌握后训练量化、量化感知训练、剪枝、知识蒸馏等技术。
了解GPU、NPU及NVIDIA TensorRT、TVM、PyTorch FX等优化工具。
