职位概况

负责深度理解销售运营，为销售策略提供数据支持，将业务痛点转化为系统化解决方案并落地执行。

主要职责

使用PowerBI等可视化工具提取、重组数据库数据，搭建运营仪表盘与分析模型。
参与销售业务系统开发，使用Java等语言编写后端逻辑与接口，实现跨系统数据流转。
基于Python（Pandas、Openpyxl、Selenium等）开发与优化业务脚本，提高日常销售运营效率。
根据业务需求提供解决方案，制定并推动数字化转型计划落地。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，统计、数据分析、营销或相关专业优先。
至少2年销售数据分析或相关工作经验，熟悉销售数据分析流程。
具备优秀的商业分析能力、数据洞察力和结构化思维。
英语听说读写熟练。

必备技能

PowerBI或其他数据可视化工具。
Java（Spring Boot、Vue.js、ElementUI）开发经验。
Python（Pandas、Openpyxl、Selenium）及SQL使用能力。
