Young Professional, Corporate Communications

About the role

The Young Professional, Corporate Communications will join the Corporate Communications Division at NDB Headquarters in Shanghai. Working under the Chief of Corporate Communications and assigned mentors, the role supports the Bank’s communication strategy for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement corporate communications strategies and external campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Create and edit copy for traditional and digital media, including articles, talking points, and publications.
• Manage the Bank’s official social‑media accounts, monitor mentions, analyze sentiment, and ensure content reflects the communications strategy.
• Develop, update, and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and high‑quality presentation.
• Produce and edit video and other multimedia materials to support communication initiatives.
• Participate in events, conferences, and media meetings, representing the Bank as needed.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to develop expertise in corporate communications.
• Willingness to relocate to Shanghai and work under mentorship.
• Strong written English skills and ability to engage with diverse external stakeholders.
