Warehouse Keeper

About the role

The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products. You will ensure accurate inventory records, support production and shipment plans, and contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and distribute materials and products, and manage finished‑goods delivery.
• Sort, account for, and record inventory of materials and products.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, including mid‑year and year‑end audits.
• Deliver materials on time according to production and shipment schedules.
• Maintain 5S standards, participate in lean initiatives, and suggest process improvements.
• Register and manage waste movements in and out of the warehouse.
• Identify and report operational issues to supervisors.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school or technical school graduation (or equivalent) or higher.
• Valid forklift driving license.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Honest, diligent, responsible, with strong learning ability.
• Familiarity with warehouse management processes; experience with a computer WMS is a plus.

Required skills

• Forklift operation certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using a computer‑based warehouse management system (preferred).
