Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort Service

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress candidates to join the hospitality team at Amandayan, a luxury resort perched on Lion Hill in Lijiang’s UNESCO‑protected Old Town. You will deliver high‑quality dining service, support restaurant operations, and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, seat them promptly, and attend to their needs throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at your station and surrounding dining area.
• Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently between service periods.
• Communicate guest preferences and dietary requirements clearly to kitchen and bar teams.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury setting is advantageous.
• Positive, flexible, professional, and guest‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be a resident of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
