Vice President – Transfer Solutions (Greater China)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead the commercialization and go‑to‑market execution of its Transfer Solutions portfolio (Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send) across the Greater China region. The role will drive strategy, business development and team leadership to expand real‑time payment capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy and go‑to‑market plan for Transfer Solutions in Greater China.
• Lead the regional business development team, coordinating with global and market teams.
• Create country‑specific commercialization strategies, including market sizing and use‑case analysis.
• Identify pain points and opportunity size to shape a product suite that addresses key market needs.
• Oversee the rollout of Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send, ensuring alignment with Mastercard’s broader payments ecosystem.

Required profile

• Senior executive experience in specialist sales or product commercialization within the payments or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of leading go‑to‑market initiatives and business development in the Greater China region.
• Strong understanding of real‑time payments, cross‑border services, and digital money transfer solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional, global, and market teams.
