Travel & Expense Accountant

About the role

Versigent is looking for a Travel & Expense (T&E) Accountant to manage employee expense accounts, support audit activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls. The role works with the Concur system and collaborates closely with staff across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review employee expense reports and process them through the Concur system.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to travel and expense policies.
• Organize and maintain expense documentation.
• Analyze and track fare differences and expense variances.
• Provide necessary information and support for internal and external audits.
• Adhere strictly to internal control policies and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in accounts payable within a large manufacturing environment; experience in a financial shared services center is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field; basic English proficiency (CET‑4).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Concur expense management system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform data analysis and work with financial software.
