Trading Support Specialist

About the role

Flexible work schedule arrangement possible, with overtime required during holidays and night or weekend shifts as needed. The role monitors real‑time trading activities across domestic and international markets and ensures accurate execution of orders using a proprietary quantitative trading system.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time trading activities, risk exposure and transaction data across multiple markets.
• Execute trading orders accurately and promptly, identifying and reporting any issues.
• Assist in optimizing execution, risk and capital management processes.
• Develop and maintain automated operations and monitoring tools.
• Reconcile positions, maintain trade logs and prepare regular trading reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Prior experience in quantitative trading is highly preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of trading rules and regulations for stocks, futures, convertible bonds, options, etc.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Linux environment familiarity.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting.
