Therapeutic Specialist II 负责在所辖地区制定并执行学术推广计划，提升公司在区域内的学术影响力，推动产品与科研合作。
主要职责
- 制定并落实区域学术推广方案，实现学术参与和推广目标。
- 与跨部门团队协作，推动项目落地，提升学术影响。
- 收集并分析市场情报，包括竞争对手、产品动态、客户反馈及医保政策。
- 在遵循公司伦理与合规要求的前提下，开展药品信息沟通和学术推广活动。
任职要求
- 1 年以上医药或医疗行业工作经验，具跨国制药公司背景优先。
- 医学、药学、生命科学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备良好的科学素养、跨部门协作与沟通能力。
- 能够在压力下工作，适应快节奏环境。
- 诚信专业，具创新思维并认同公司文化价值观。
必备技能
- 学术推广策划与执行能力。
- 市场情报收集与分析能力。
- 遵守伦理合规的药品信息沟通能力。
