Textile Sales Assistant

About the role

The Textile Sales Assistant will act as the bridge between our company and customers, supporting brand building and market expansion. This position involves regular visits to potential clients, market research, and assisting Chinese colleagues during business negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and develop relationships with potential target customers on a regular basis.
• Conduct market investigations and product research to identify trends.
• Serve as a translator for Chinese colleagues during business visits and negotiations.
• Introduce new products to customers and gather pricing information for order collection.
• Collect information on customs policies, agents, and local logistics.
• Assist with customs clearance and local logistics when required.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by Chinese colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
