About the role
The Team Leader for the Chinese Restaurant will support the efficient operation of the outlet, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient running of the Chinese restaurant department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Support the Outlet Manager to ensure the outlet operates according to the established concept statement.
- Deliver courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to guests at all times.
- Help meet the expectations of employees, guests and owners.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies.
- Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to provide flexible service.
- Team‑oriented mindset to assist the Outlet Manager and collaborate with staff.
- Ability to maintain high standards of efficiency in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
