T&E Accountant

About the role

Versigent is seeking a detail‑oriented T&E Accountant to manage employee travel and expense processes. You will work closely with staff to ensure accurate expense reporting, compliance with internal policies, and timely support for audits.

Key responsibilities

• Review employee expense accounts using the Concur system in line with company T&E policy.
• Respond to employee T&E inquiries and provide guidance.
• Organize and maintain all T&E documentation.
• Analyze and track fare differences and expense variances.
• Assist internal and external auditors by supplying relevant information.
• Adhere strictly to internal control policies and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in Accounts Payable within a large manufacturing environment; experience in a financial shared services center is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
• Basic English proficiency (CET‑4 level or equivalent).
