Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end‑to‑end recruiting for our product, engineering and business teams. This hands‑on role is ideal for early‑career professionals who want to learn high‑quality technical hiring in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer support for product, engineering and business positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit, motivation and communication.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate data accurate and up‑to‑date in the ATS.
• Support recruiting projects, process improvements, employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Ensure hiring operations remain organized, responsive and fast‑paced.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations or related roles (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, learning‑oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow through reliably.

Required skills

• Google Sheets / Excel.
• Basic experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job board sourcing.
