Talent Acquisition Partner – Guangzhou

About the role

Pattern is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Guangzhou office. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, collaborate with regional HR teams, and support the company’s rapid growth across APAC marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Support the Hong Kong HR team with key APAC position hires.
• Partner with global teams to understand hiring needs and align talent strategies.
• Maintain HR reporting, data integrity, and system administration.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience; international corporate exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and standard HR processes.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Highly responsible, organized, and capable of solving problems independently.
• Self‑driven with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
