Talent Acquisition Partner – Grid Technologies

About the role

Siemens Energy is expanding its Grid Technologies division and needs a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and engineering positions. You will join a global talent acquisition community, helping to attract, engage and onboard top professionals who will drive the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and engineering roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Global TA community, sharing best practices and knowledge.
• Monitor labour market trends, competitor activity and recruiting intelligence to inform strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop a talent pipeline aligned with hiring plans, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilise creative sourcing techniques and tools such as Avature, LinkedIn and employee referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, preferably in an agency or RPO environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret and present recruitment data.
• Continuous learner with a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of managing growth‑hiring projects and multi‑channel sourcing.
• Self‑motivated, curious about the energy sector and able to support strategic hiring initiatives.
