Systems Engineer – Infrastructure & Network

About the role

Deloitte China is seeking a Systems Engineer to join its Technology Infrastructure and Operations (TIO) team in Chongqing. You will help design, maintain, and secure the national network infrastructure that supports the firm’s digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Administrate and support the national network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
• Perform network upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and routine maintenance.
• Manage infrastructure incidents, problems, and change requests.
• Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and review KPIs.
• Implement local, national, and global infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in data network management.
• Strong work ethic, team‑player attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Knowledge of HPE Aruba Wi‑Fi solutions.
• Familiarity with F5 APM/LTM or Sangfor AD (plus).
• Understanding of Internet/LAN/WAN/MPLS, firewalls, IPS/IDS, and WAN optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AliCloud, and AWS.
• CCNA certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Knowledge of AI concepts and experience using AI agents for network management (preferred).
