System Administrator – Cloud Platform Operations

About the role

We are seeking a System Administrator to oversee daily operations and monitoring of the China OneXP platform, a Kubernetes‑based micro‑services and SaaS environment. The role involves ensuring platform stability, security compliance, and effective incident handling across Azure (21Vianet) and Alibaba Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily operations, monitoring, and alert response for the OneXP platform.
• Administer user accounts, roles, and access rights; conduct periodic access reviews.
• Plan, execute, and verify backups; conduct regular restore tests and maintain disaster‑recovery documentation.
• Carry out system maintenance including patching, upgrades, certificate renewals, and capacity management on Microsoft Azure (21Vianet) and Alibaba Cloud.
• Maintain MLPS Level 3 security baselines: system hardening, security log collection (minimum 6 months), malware protection, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support MLPS Level 3 assessments and internal/external ISMS and QMS audits, providing evidence and coordinating with auditors.
• Execute incident response procedures and participate in security incident handling and reporting.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and change records in line with QMS.
• Coordinate with global R&D, platform teams, and local cloud vendors on operational and security topics.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform operations.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks and audit processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global and local technical teams.
