Supply Chain Specialist I – Planning

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist I – Planning is responsible for ensuring that material and production resources are available in line with forecasted demand. Working under limited supervision, the specialist coordinates supply, manages inventory, and supports the flow of goods from suppliers to production lines and onward to distribution facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast material requirements based on production schedules and demand plans.
• Coordinate supply activities to guarantee timely delivery of raw materials to manufacturing lines.
• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee the return of finished goods to distribution centers.
• Handle customs documentation and shipping logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of material flows and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (approximately 16 years of education).
• Minimum of one year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
