Supply Chain Planning Engineer – PFEP & Warehouse Automation

About the role

The Logistics Management Engineer (PFEP Engineer) will focus on optimizing internal warehouse storage, material replenishment flow, and automation projects. You will develop intelligent supply‑chain solutions such as vertical warehouse systems and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase inventory utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize internal warehouse storage and develop material replenishment strategies.
• Manage warehouse automation projects, including vertical systems and AGVs.
• Identify, define, and implement integrated supply‑chain solutions and performance improvements.
• Build internal and external partnerships to explore new opportunities.
• Benchmark industry best practices and metrics to design optimal supply chains.
• Analyze data to prioritize opportunities for cost‑effective supply‑chain and inventory improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Mechanical or Automation major is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse planning (PFEP) and material replenishment planning.
• Experience with intelligent warehouse development (e.g., AGV, vertical warehouse) is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English are preferred.
