About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is recruiting a Manager in Training (MIT) for its Changsha IFS store. The MIT program is a 90-day blended-learning path covering store operations, business management, customer experience, floor supervision and talent management, with regular 30-, 60- and 90-day progress reviews. Completion leads to the Assistant Manager role, which covers staffing, hiring and training, business analysis, visual merchandising, competitor analysis and HR management. The company promotes from within.

Required profile
