About the role
The role joins the global Windows system administration team, operating from either Yokohama or Shanghai. You will be responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services and Windows server infrastructure for a worldwide user base.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for O365 services including Email, Intune, Teams and OneDrive.
- Administer Windows Server environments, perform OS upgrades and manage patching through WSUS.
- Ensure server security compliance, remediate issues and maintain security baselines.
- Configure, troubleshoot and maintain core infrastructure services such as DHCP, DNS, File and Print.
- Participate in Windows infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects.
- Install, configure and upgrade Windows servers across multiple data‑centers.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Office 365 and Windows Server administration.
- Proven ability to support global customers remotely.
- Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, IT or related).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Required skills
- Office 365 technologies (Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, OneDrive).
- Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025.
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- WSUS for patch management.
- Fundamental Windows operating system concepts.
