Sr. Consultant / Manager - Technology Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Deloitte China is seeking a senior consultant or manager to shape and execute technology strategy and transformation programmes for leading enterprises in Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen. You will work closely with clients to design innovative IT solutions that drive business value and improve customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the client’s technology strategy and supporting business processes.
• Leverage innovative IT platforms to enable the client’s strategic objectives.
• Lead the transformation of the IT function, improving service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage and lead multiple projects, providing strategic direction across the account.
• Advise clients on decisions that enhance return on investment and align with industry best practices.
• Generate innovative ideas and translate them into profitable business opportunities for clients.

Required profile

• Significant experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture or IT transformation consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with a focus on business impact.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering innovative, technology‑driven solutions.
