SEO/SEM Generalist

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is looking for an SEO/SEM Generalist to drive both organic and paid search performance. You will work closely with content, design, product and development teams to ensure the brand ranks highly in search results and reaches target audiences through effective paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high‑value search terms aligned with business goals.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, app‑store listings, and technical SEO elements such as site speed, schema markup, and mobile friendliness.
• Monitor and report organic performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing and other platforms.
• Optimize ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
• Track, analyze, and present campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO/SEM trends, algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, SEM or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in fintech, e‑commerce or crypto is a plus.
