职位概况
我们在广州招聘海外SEO高级专员，负责制定并执行全球搜索引擎优化策略，提升公司网站在国际市场的曝光与流量。
主要职责
- 精通Google等搜索平台，管理后台，优化账户结构，撰写关键词创意并监控排名。
- 制定并执行公司网站SEO策略，提升关键词排名和整体流量。
- 监控GA4等数据，分析风险点，提高流量转化率。
- 分析竞价关键词数据，统计消费与流量来源，撰写专业报告。
- 研究竞争对手关键词布局，制定差异化优化方案，提升投资回报率。
- 与IT及其他部门协作，将SEO需求转化为可量化执行指标，确保项目落地。
- 向业务Stakeholder阐述SEO策略价值，使用通俗语言解释技术细节。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、计算机、电子商务等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上SEO实战经验，熟悉全球主流搜索引擎算法，具备SEM经验者优先。
- 熟练使用Google Analytics、SEMrush、Ahrefs等SEO/SEM工具，具备数据分析能力。
- 优秀的跨部门沟通表达能力，能够将业务需求转化为技术任务。
- 英文书面工作语言熟练，能撰写专业文档。
- 具备责任心、执行力、团队合作精神及抗压能力。
