About the role
The Senior Technical NPI Program Manager will lead multi‑disciplinary engineering teams to define, develop and deliver Secure Connected Edge (SCE) MPU/MCU/Connectivity products, ensuring they meet commercial and industrial requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage NPI programs across the full product lifecycle, including planning, resourcing and budgeting.
- Drive execution and alignment among architecture, design, security, applications engineering, test, board development and finance teams.
- Utilize NXP’s BCaM program management flow and tools for tracking, gate reviews and financial reporting.
- Deliver project metrics, on‑time reports and ensure programs meet technical, cost and schedule targets.
Required profile
- BSEE (advanced degree preferred) with at least 10 years of semiconductor industry experience.
- 5+ years as a Program/Project Manager on complex NPI projects, including IC, SoC or embedded software initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead multicultural, multi‑location teams and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong analytical, risk‑management and process‑improvement skills.
Required skills
- SoC design and embedded software development knowledge.
- Experience with product and test development for semiconductor devices.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Sciforma or similar portfolio‑management tools.
- Familiarity with PMI/PMP methodologies (certification desirable).
