Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

The Senior Tax Analyst will ensure the company meets all tax compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions. You will support internal stakeholders, prepare tax filings, and provide expert advice on complex tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax‑related support to internal customers.
• Prepare and file income, VAT/GST, and other tax returns with supporting documentation.
• Review tax work papers and returns prepared by others for accuracy.
• Prepare tax provision work papers and summaries for inclusion in global financial statements.
• Analyze changes in tax law, evaluate tax adjustments, and determine appropriate tax positions.
• Prepare or review local, regional, and global transfer‑pricing studies.
• Conduct BEPS Pillar Two research and maintain updates.
• Perform tax research and interpret tax rules.
• Draft and review responses to tax authority inquiries.
• Provide technical tax support for restructuring projects.
• Liaise with external service providers and vendors.
• Stay current on tax legislation, rulings, and litigation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in local or regional taxation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Recognised subject‑matter expert in tax compliance and best practices.
• Ability to develop solutions for highly complex tax issues.
• Independent work style with occasional informal team‑lead or coaching responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills to act as a consultant to management and external parties.
