Senior Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Donaldson is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead demand change management, purchase order release, and planning process improvements. The role supports key account customers, drives inventory reduction, and contributes to overall supply chain strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise demand changes and ensure timely release of purchase orders.
• Manage planning parameters in the ERP system and continuously improve planning processes.
• Monitor on‑time delivery using system tools and define stocking strategies for key accounts.
• Analyze KPIs, develop improvement actions, and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
• Prepare monthly reports on OTD, inventory results, and late orders.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities in day‑to‑day operations.
• Coach and develop subordinates to elevate team capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in material or demand planning.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, sense of urgency and self‑motivation.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems for planning and inventory management.
