About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson in Beijing as a Senior Scientific Medical Science Liaison, collaborating with the MSL team to provide scientific expertise based on data‑driven research. You will support the development and communication of product knowledge across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Medical Science Liaison team and provide expertise on scientific issues based on data‑driven research.
- Explore and recommend sites for clinical trials in all stages of development.
- Review relevant medical science literature and summarize research on new product developments.
- Respond to inquiries to enhance understanding of marketed products and related topics.
- Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
- Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
Required profile
- Experience coaching junior colleagues and guiding scientific processes.
- Commitment to Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
