Senior Sales Manager – China CPH

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager – China CPH will lead the development and expansion of the sales network across China, including the establishment of remote sales offices. This role focuses on driving sales volume, maximizing profitability, and supporting the SBU’s marketing and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CPH sales team to implement effective sales processes and operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as engineering, lab, finance, administration, and customer service to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and explore new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve SBU and China‑region marketing objectives.
• Analyse market needs, customer expectations, and competitive landscape, monitoring new entrants.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding test procedures, progress, results, and pricing.
• Coordinate internal communications, resolve sales issues, and manage vendor complaints.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance monitoring for team members.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and extensive management experience, with the ability to motivate and work as part of a team.
• In‑depth knowledge of sales processes, CPH testing criteria, and the company’s products and services.
• Excellent selling, presentation, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to gather market information, develop sales plans, and implement them effectively.
• Clear understanding of branding and marketing mix, adaptable to different cultures.
• Proficiency with office software and fluent English communication.
• Self‑initiated, customer‑focused, energetic, and willing to work overtime and travel extensively.
