Senior Recruiter (Shanghai)

About the role

Koch is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Shanghai and seeks a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to drive innovative hiring strategies across China and the broader APAC region. The role will support the Koch Recruiting Vision, partner with business leaders, and leverage recruiting technologies to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of recruiting strategies for critical roles in China and APAC, including active sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Collaborate with business leadership, hiring managers, and HR to build trust‑based partnerships and align talent needs with company goals.
• Act as a talent advisor, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations to improve hiring decisions.
• Support flexible delivery models, both in‑house and outsourced, and own the resulting recruitment outcomes.
• Champion Koch’s corporate culture and hiring philosophy to transform the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Passion for solving complex recruiting challenges and coaching stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in recruiting and sourcing with demonstrable business impact.
• Proven ability to design recruitment strategies for critical positions in close collaboration with business partners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin, with willingness to travel ad‑hoc.
